This 55 minute DVD demonstrates a technique to complete the first and second layer of hull planking for a wooden model of a bluff bowed vessel such as the Endeavour, Bounty or Victory.

Planking the hull of a bluff bowed vessel can present a particular challenge to the modeler. Through this DVD the Master Modeler shares his tips and techniques to assist and guide the modeler to make the hull planking of a bluff bowed model as straight forward as possible.

The techniques are demonstrated on a model of the colonial sloop Norfolk. This model is made by Modellers Shipyard.
