The MS Conny was built in 1958 by Flekkeffjord Slipp & Mastinfabrikk.
The MS Conny was built for herring fishing along the west coast of Norway. The Conny was rebuilt to be more versatile and was used for shrimp trawling along the southern coast of Norway. The boat was also used for mackerel fishing and for cod fishing on the banks in the North Sea.
The model is single plank on bulkhead construction. All laser cut boards are clean and detailed. The kit comes with all parts and fittings and English instructions and highly detailed 3D drawings showing each step of the model?s construction.
